Summary of personal data processing on an informational website with WhatsApp contact, email and analytics only with consent.

  • Data voluntarily sent by the user through WhatsApp or email.
  • Technical browsing data (IP address, HTTP headers) managed by the hosting provider.
  • GA4 analytics data only if the user accepts analytics cookies.
  • Non-sensitive events such as WhatsApp clicks, PDF downloads, language changes, market selection or map location selection.
  • Answer enquiries and manage appointments or reservations through WhatsApp.
  • Provide catalog and training PDF downloads.
  • Measure website performance and improve SEO/UX only with analytics consent.

  • Consent: for GA4 analytics cookies (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Pre-contractual or contractual measures: when the user contacts via WhatsApp or email to arrange an appointment (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Legitimate interest: server security logs and protection against unauthorised access (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Legal obligation: where required by applicable law (Art. 6.1.c GDPR; Law 1581/2012 Colombia).
  • WhatsApp or email enquiries: retained for as long as needed to respond and manage the appointment, then deleted or anonymised.
  • Hosting technical logs: in accordance with the provider's policy, typically up to 90 days.
  • GA4 data: according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics (14 months by default).
  • In all cases, data is retained only as long as necessary for its purpose or to comply with legal obligations.
  • Hostinger or the active hosting provider: manages servers and access logs.
  • Google LLC (Google Analytics): only if the user accepts analytics; Google acts as a data processor under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF).
  • Meta Platforms / WhatsApp: when the user clicks a wa.me link and opens WhatsApp, Meta processes data under its own terms.
  • Social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok): only if the user clicks the relevant links; each platform applies its own policy.
  • International transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA) may occur with providers that have adequate safeguards in place (Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognised mechanisms).
  • When you click a wa.me link and start a conversation, the message content, phone number and associated metadata are processed by Meta Platforms Inc. under its terms of service.
  • Cejas Internacionales uses those messages solely to respond to enquiries and manage appointments.
  • WhatsApp conversations are not stored outside the application itself.
  • Colombia (Law 1581/2012): right to know, update, rectify, erase your data and revoke consent. Contact: contacto@cejasinternacionales.com. You may also file a complaint with the SIC (Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio).
  • Spain / European Union (GDPR): rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability. Contact: contacto@cejasinternacionales.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the AEPD (www.aepd.es).
  • Switzerland (revFADP): rights of access, rectification, erasure and, where applicable, portability. Contact: contacto@cejasinternacionales.com.
  • We will respond to any request within a maximum of one month (GDPR Art. 12.3) or within the legally established period for the applicable jurisdiction.
  • This website is not directed at children under 14 years of age.
  • We do not intentionally collect or process information from minors.
  • If you believe a minor has provided personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
  • GA4 does not receive names, phone numbers, emails, photos, written messages or sensitive data.
  • Permitted GA4 events (WhatsApp clicks, downloads, language changes, market selection) do not directly identify the user.
